You may have seen our latest video, “The Power of Choice”. In it, we highlight key differences between SunPower by EmPower Solar and some of the other solar companies out there. We understand the video can spark some curiosity so we felt it was important to take some time to elaborate on the message. Specifically, what we feel sets us apart.
Let’s start with our commitment to full transparency. What you see is what you get. No surprises, no smoke and mirrors, no baiting and switching. We often refer to our Sales Professionals as “Solar Educators” as they treat their solar assessments as opportunities to educate our community on the personal and environmental benefits of solar energy, and they have the best interest of the consumer at heart. For example, often we encounter someone who wants to go solar but excessive shading or building code violations stand in their way. Instead of ignoring these potentially problematic situations for our own benefit, our Sales Professionals address these hurdles head on and communicate every important detail. Sometimes this prevents people from going solar, but saves them headache down the road; it’s the right thing to do.
