516-837-3459The Long Island Power Authority (LIPA) announced a proposal for a new Time-of-Day Rate that will be available to residential customers in 2024. Under the proposed TOD Rate, 80 percent of customer would save money without making any changes and supports LIPA’s clean energy transition mission.
