If you live on Long Island, you likely received a letter from PSEG warning that high electricity prices remain on the horizon. The utility recently raised the power supply charge for a third time this year, “a 4.63% increase from April, and a 16% increase from a year ago.”
PSEG is encouraging customers to begin reducing their energy usage, but that’s not always feasible. That’s where solar comes in. You can reduce your electric bill and your reliance on the utility while continuing to power your lifestyle.
