516-837-3459I just wanted to thank the crew for doing a very professional job at my residence last week. They should all be commended. The basement was left cleaner than it was when they started. Every day the outside was cleaned of debris used by them. No mess was ever left for me to clean. In regards to the installation, [the team] explained everything to me prior to doing it; where they were running lines and why, the outside hookup, the inside equipment. I am sure they would have taken me on the roof if I asked, but I am afraid of heights. From the ground it looked great . . . I would refer your company 100% of the time.
